As a special event assistant at the Golf Club of Dublin, I have experienced a number of weddings for many different types of clients and I have noticed certain consistencies regarding the wedding favors provided for guests.
1) Often the wedding favor, or small tokens of appreciation are unfortunately, left behind by the guests. Many times at the end of an event there are quite a number of favors still sitting at the table- returned to the bride or simply thrown out.
2) We understand that there is quite a bit of effort put into selecting which favor to go with, purchasing the seperate pieces for the favor, putting the favor together and often attaching a printed thank you on each- very time consuming.
