the Environment: Presently, personal responsibility for your environmental footprint is a necessity. There are many ways we can reduce the amount of waste we are personally responsible for and researching our everyday purchases is a critical accomplishment. Sweet Pea Studios, llc also believes in environmental responsibility and there are a number of ways we choose to be responsible.
- We directly email our designs to a professional printing service which then sends that design directly to you the consumer. This linear movement allows a very small amount of gas and travel, be it on land, sea or air to have been utilized for the final product.
- We cognitively design for "less". It has been a practice of the invitation and announcement design community to have multiple items which are required for certain occasions. The amount of information required for you to be responsible in giving to your gueats, we believe, is still a requirement but how you get this information to your guests is being streamlined. The less the better. For instance: referring to a wedding celebration, no seperate reception card is actually needed simply appropriate wording, how about the RSVP's where only 50% on average is returned, and how about the excessive amount of doo-hickies and do-dads for wedding favors and centerpieces that end up in the trash can after each celebration?
